Moreover, ARISTON continues to explore systems, materials, and methods to make our client’s buildings more sustainable & self sufficient. One Category of that Sustainability is the dynamic energy building, which is able to produce and store its own energy, even selling the surplus of energy not consumed on site. The goal is to make the buildings more cost efficient over time. Currently, solar power collection and the integration of wind turbine walls are the most logical to integrate. However, battery storage remains a limiting factor in adopting these systems for anything other than the energy required to operate the building itself.

LEED certification is a well known method to make use of the available tax credits, for using sustainable products in development and construction of new buildings, And newer technologies are gaining ground which qualify for the Carbon Capture and Sequestration tax credits, One of those newer technologies is the Concrete Carbon Capture and Sequestration process, which injects captured carbon in liquid and gas form into batch concrete for use in pouring concrete slabs, elevated slabs, and tilt up and precast panels.
